Update on the car magnets. YES! They do work. I have had people call me from their cars because they saw me drive past. I was also able to tell exactly when I slapped them on my car because on my website cpanel, the stats for mobile devices such as blackberry and androids suddenly appeared. So people were dialing into my website from their cars. - Of course this means your website must be mobile phone friendly. If you use wordpress, there is a plug-in: Wrapple that makes it so.

I believe for the price and the length of time the car magnets last, they are a very inexpensive and effective method of advertising. The magnets do not last forever, over time the color starts to peel off. This will depend greatly on the weather in your area. I live in the very hot Southern USA so the heat definitely affects them. They last an average of 5-6 months. My car is not garaged, so they may last longer if it were. For all three magnets, delivered to my door they were less than $50. Even at twice a year, this is dirt cheap advertising.

I have seen reports from other people that the magnets affected their car finish. I have not noticed this on my car. It is recommended that you remove the magnets at least once a week and wipe the car and the magnet off. Dirt does get behind the magnets.

My recommendation: Buy car magnets, they are worth the money!
